Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electronic Equipment Manufacturing and Repairing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing and repairing processes of electronic equipment, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing and repairing of electronic equipment
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing and repair processes
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Train and mentor staff on proper manufacturing and repair techniques
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality
- Maintain documentation and reports related to production and repair activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic equipment manufacturing and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic equipment and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Professional certifications related to electronics manufacturing and repair
