Job Description
- Project Planning and Organization:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project objectives, status, and action items.
- Task Assignment and Monitoring:
- Coordinate and assign tasks to project team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor task progress, identify potential issues, and work collaboratively to address challenges.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant records.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and potential risks.
- Resource Management:
- Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure optimal utilization
- Monitor and report on resource availability and constraints.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from an established local Singapore university with 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Advantageous to have had experience in successfully implementing server, firewall, switch, APs upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with managing and upgrading servers, firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Basic understanding of Azure VM deployment, configuration, and management.
- Desirable skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 environment, network infrastructure / protocols, and designing, implementing, and managing network solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in cross-functional IT teams.
