Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and prioritize daily activities, ensuring efficient time management and task completion.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Act as a liaison between the other departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining office organization.
- Provide personal assistance as needed, including errands and personal tasks.
- Must have class 3 driver's licence as this position include driver's duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant cum driver or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Equivalent experience preferred.
