Pay: $1,800 - $2,200 (5.5 days/wk) 9am-6pm
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to in-house GHP / GMP standard at work
- Able to carry heavy loads
- Prepare items according to in-house procedures
- Monitor CCPs and record in checklist provided
- Ensure proper and safe operation of machineries.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of machineries and utensils before and after using
- Assist to supervise and train junior members in production line
- Ensure that all products produced are according to Finished Goods Specs
- Check and ensure that quality and quantity of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition
- Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate food ingredients, packaging supplies and finished product
- Physically fit; to work as a team
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested
