- Lead a young and dynamic team
- Strong Air Freight operational knowledge and excellent customer service skills
- Maintain team productivity and service quality
- Responsible for new business integration. Meet customer requirements and take lead for business integration.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedure
- Ensure timely billing/closing of all jobs
- Plan and monitor team performance including giving coaching and counselling, monitor team development together with management team
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding with air freight experiences
• Previous customer service experience is a requirement
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Teamwork
