Job Purpose:
Canteen Manager managing daily operations, developing menus, maintaining quality standards, overseeing staff training, monitoring inventory and cost control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
· Supervise all canteen staff and ensure smooth operations within the canteen.
· Planning of work schedules and recruitment of full-time/ part-time staff.
· Liaise with support departments such as HR on payroll matters and Accounts on finance/ billing matters.
· Hands-on helping in the canteen during peak period.
· Focus on customer/guest delight.
· Ensure compliance with quality control, health and safety, and food hygiene standards.
· Performs other related duties such as special assignments and annual major objectives as required.

· Managing team member concerns and motivating team to bring the best results
· Knowledge in Food Allergens
· Competent in Ms Words, Outlook, Power-Point, Excel, G-Suite/Google Workspace
