Job Description
Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage company assets.
- Ensure efficient capital allocation and cash flow management.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Implement internal controls and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor economic and industry trends to anticipate challenges.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for the board of directors and investors.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
- Ensure high standards of product quality and customer service.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Customer Relations:
- Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the F&B industry, including roles in both operations and finance.
- Prior experience in a leadership position is typically required.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) can be beneficial.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies.
