As a Generator Assembly Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various aspects of the turbine generator erection process, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support in the analysis and sequencing of turbine generator erection activities to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
· Review and evaluate turbine generator erection planning to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
· Assist in planning manpower requirements for the erection of turbine generators, ensuring adequate staffing levels and resource allocation.
· Support the preparation of detailed time schedules for turbine generator erection, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
· Assist in inspecting the delivery condition of turbine generator equipment, ensuring all components are received in good condition and addressing any discrepancies.
· Provide assistance in insurance procedures in the event of turbine generator equipment being damaged during transport, coordinating with insurance providers and relevant parties.
· Interpret and clarify discrepancies in technical documentation related to turbine generator erection, ensuring accurate and clear communication of technical requirements.
· Assist in assessing the qualifications of erection personnel, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and competencies for the job.
· Support the assessment of the quality of workmanship of construction personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
· Conduct reviews of erection completion, ensuring all activities are finalized to the required standards and specifications.
Requirements:
· 10 years of experience in handling equipment of Mitsubishi Generator (generator and generator auxiliaries)
· Proven experience in power plant project management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling business processes in accordance with contractual obligations.
· Equipped with fundamental knowledge and principal about various power plant systems and generating electricity power from turbine mechanical concept, especially troubleshooting method.
· Proficiency in designing, assembling, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment and instrumentation control systems in accordance with product manuals and technical documentation.
· Proficiency in creating project operation charts (Gantt charts) and maintaining project resource advancement records (S-Curves).
· Experience in managing project risks and developing Contingency Plans, including Business Continuity Plans.
