Job Description:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents and communications.
- Handle mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Track and order office supplies.
- Ensure smooth office operations and support administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office and activities and ensure policy compliance.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including billing.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with regular report preparation.
- Plan and organize company events and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
Requirements:
- Min. Local Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min. 1 year of office administration management working experience.
