Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our Oracle ERP system and other business applications. In addition, will play a key role in ensuring our systems align with the organization's process standardization, corporate policies, and compliance regulations.
Accountabilities & tasks:
System Analysis:
• Analyse and evaluate existing and proposed systems for technical and business suitability.
• Conduct business process walkthroughs and gather requirements.
• Develop solutions to address system issues and problems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
System Implementation:
• Design and configure systems to meet business needs.
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality and stability.
• Lead the implementation process for assigned modules, ensuring a successful rollout.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.
System Support:
• Provide first-tier support to users, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, Deliver training programs to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Work with user departments to understand their needs and ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage projects and vendors for small-medium complexity initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology (Information Systems) or equivalent.
• Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 ERP functional knowledge.
• Knowledge in Oracle Field Service and Oracle Service Contracts modules are highly advantages.
• Good Inter-personal communication skill
