Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the establishment and growth of SpoonX's Singapore office as the international headquarters.
- Foster rapid team expansion, positioning SpoonX as the leading cloud marketing agency in Singapore for Chinese language social media platforms.
- Develop and execute business strategies driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and other regional offices to align goals, share best practices, and drive synergies across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in building and scaling business operations, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
