Senior Manager, Group Finance

Tsh Management Services Pte. Ltd.

- Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for the Group

- Provide effective analysis of monthly Group results (P&L & Balance Sheet) against budget and previous year, including reporting on business performance metrics

- Monitor and analyse current and past trends in financial performance at Group and asset level and key performance indicators including revenue, EBIT and cashflow

- Drive quarterly cashflow projections, rolling forecasts, estimates and budget

preparation and analysis reports for reporting to senior management and directors,

including underlying key assumptions/drivers and trend analysis.

- Review of the Group's monthly forecast submissions from various business units and

provide insightful assessment on the forecast reasonableness.

- Drive corporate deliverables for management reporting submissions from business

units

- Work closely with finance team supporting the business units on performance

analysis.

- Prepare parameters of key performance indicators (KPIs) for CEO & HODs for measurement and evaluation

- Assist in preparation of annual report

- Undertake finance-related projects on process improvements and automatiion as

required

- Support financial reporting requirements and adhoc projects as required

- Support the Group CFO in any administrative and strategic tasks


Job Requirement

- At least 8-10 years of relevant FP&A experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial position

- Preferably with 4-5 years experience in Big 4 audit firms or SGX-listed companies (minimum mid-cap sized).

- Prior working experience in real estate will have added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills

- Committed, proactive and hands-on team player with an eye for details and multi tasking abilities

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage different stakeholders

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently

- Well versed in IFRS/SFRS and group

consolidation

- Possess strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint - Experience with Cognos controller software is preferred
