JOB PURPOSE:

To perform administrative and ad-hoc duties


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Submission of Monthly Punches Overtime pay Analysis report to Payroll.
  • Manage Consumables Purchase order and Renewal Contract Certificate

JOB CONTENT:

  • Handle direct supplier local and international purchase order
  • Handle Purchase Order supplies
  • Handle Renewal Truck Contract NRE Maintenance and Cleaning Service
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office warehouse supplies, and stationaries
  • Prepare and create a manual PO purchase request For the Oracle system.
  • Updating of approved vendor listing and vendor evaluation forms.
  • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs
  • Scanning Receive Tax invoices DO, PO’s and review for accuracy submit to Finance
  • Co-ordinate with the vendors or suppliers on the date and times of deliveries
  • Administrate and monitor facilities. Visitor Upload TV screen Nameplate and Wi-Fi
  • Perform Monthly Reports, Utility bills Electricity, Water, Carton boxes, Recycle Disposal, Recycle Metric
  • Organize and schedule meetings events and reservations as needed
  • Perform Weekly Punches Report Overtime pay Analysis Report Monthly submit to payroll
  • Assist Newly hired personnel in activating badges onto the system, issuing ESD Smock, safety
  • Prepares monthly reports for petty cash claims.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Organize office activities, New Hire Training, all ISO Training update report
  • Administrate defective material and scrap product handling
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Managing technical documentation including stock requests, equipment specification and inventory control.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level graduate.

EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management.

COMPETENCIES

  • Good understanding of Administrative and HR policy.
  • Good understanding of inventory control management.
  • Good understanding of good warehouse practices and management
  • Good knowledge of quality management.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9000 requirements.
  • Able to motivate associates to meet Future Electronics (Asia) goals and objectives.
  • Able to lead and manage change.
  • Able to source for reasonable suppliers.
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime.
  • Must have a sense of urgency.
  • Good discipline and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
