Our client , global bank with large technology team in singapore is looking to hire experienced IT security PM. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT security projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing IT infrastructure projects, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects to time and budget in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Roles
. Lead portfolio of Infrastructure projects
· Lead the projects end to end including the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
· Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, documentation, and reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
· Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
· Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure project delivery processes.
. Prepare management reports to senior manager
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically managing IT security projects.
· Strong understanding of IT security, infrastructure , technologies, systems, and architectures.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project).
. Experience in IT PM best practices
. Good understanding of infrastructure technologies
. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
. Must have managed large scale projects preferably in regional role
