ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: North-East (Lorong Chuan) - 3 minutes walk from MRT Station
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Office Hours)
- Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3000
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Presentable, able to communicate well both in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers
- Independent with a mature mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
