- Prepare a planning/schedule for testing activities.
- Ensure analyzer correct installation
- Monitor the progress of the activities
- Coordinate field/DCS activities.
- Coordinate Analyzer VENDOR activities.
- Ensure Loop Testing of all signals hardwired exchanged between DCS control system and Analyzer Shelter / House have been tested as per Project loop test Procedure.
- Ensure all relevant device configuration parameters are checked like ranges, alarms, and trip settings.
- Coordinate simulation of the process variable by initiating a signal to the process side of the transmitterto produce an electronic output or to introduce the calibration medium from a cylinder or stream.
- Check that analyzer loops are tested from the field signal input to the receiving instrument.
Requirements
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
- 5-10 years experience in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industry
- Team player
