Primary Responsibilities:
- Patrolling:Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect suspicious activity.
Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
Monitor and report any irregularities or hazards.
- Monitoring Surveillance Systems:Operate and review CCTV cameras to monitor activities and detect potential threats.
Record and report any unusual behavior or security breaches observed through surveillance systems.
- Access Control:Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
Check identification and credentials of visitors and employees.
Monitor visitor logs and ensure that visitors follow established procedures.
- Emergency Response:Respond quickly to alarms and emergency situations, such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
Coordinate with emergency services if necessary and follow established emergency procedures.
- Enforcing Policies and Procedures:Ensure that company policies and safety protocols are followed.
Handle situations involving rule violations or conflicts according to company guidelines.
- Property Inspection:Inspect and ensure the functionality of security systems and equipment, such as alarms and locks.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with appropriate personnel for repairs.
Work Environment:
- The job may involve working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays, depending on the security needs of the employer.
- Able to work long hour / work on Saturday / Sunday / PH.
- Minimum 1year working experience as security guard.
- Possess relevant security certification.
