Responsibilities
- Process loan disbursements for Residential and Commercial properties.
- Oversee the submission and proper handling of mortgage documents for signing and safekeeping.
- Draft and issue Letters of Offer and Supplementary Letters of Offer.
- Prepare Letters of Instruction for law firms and valuation companies.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues from Branches, Business Units, and the Customer Contact team.
- Obtain property insurance quotes from our insurance partners.
- Set up new accounts for individual and corporate borrowers.
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience handling loan documentation in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
