Roles & Responsibilities
- 大专或本科以上皆可，必须是学前教育及幼师教育专业L1 / L2
- 1-2年教师岗位相关工作经验
- 普通话发音标准，流利
- 日常独立负责上课
- 根据教案备课
- 教室及教具的日常整理
- 配合其他部门举办中心活动
任职要求：
1.形象好、气质佳，普通话标准
2.性格开朗，热爱教育行业，有责任心， 有团队合作精神
3.有良好的沟通能力和应变能力，能够较好的与家长沟通
4.有艺术特长者优先
· Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children to learn and develop their potential
· Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
· Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
· Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
· Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts etc.)
· Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
· Track children’s progress and report to parents
· Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
· Collaborate with other educators
· Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent
· Carry out routine care for young children
· Deliver lesson plans to help children
· Set up an inviting and enriching classroom environment
· Plan and organise activities and events such as field trips and concerts to help children to learn
· Work with colleagues, Principal to obtain Centre License, SPARK, Healthy Eating for Preschool, etc
