What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Analyst (CTRM) [Contract], your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for delivering IT projects for Financial Accounting, demonstrating your strong track record of IT project delivery. Your ability to transform functional requirements from Finance stakeholders into technical solutions will be crucial in this role. Working closely with the IT development team, you will design inclusive solutions that meet business needs and align with architecture principles. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions. Furthermore, you will develop test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, you will ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Analyst (CTRM) [Contract] position brings a wealth of skills and qualifications. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or Accounting. Your proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment has equipped you with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Your strong analytical skills enable you to gather, analyze and interpret data from various sources effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools such Azure DevOps and Jira is highly desirable. Knowledge in physical and financial commodities trading for metals would be advantageous.
