About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and energized individual to lead the growth and strategy for our Tech-in-a-Box solution, targeting the F&B industry. If you love engaging with people, understanding their challenges, and making a real difference, this role is for you. You’ll focus on developing direct sales and crafting compelling presentations, showcasing the value of XPS’s solutions to F&B outlets and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Use your network, cold calling skills, and lead generation techniques to turn prospects into opportunities.
- Value Conversations: Represent XPS to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and build a strong business case by understanding customer pain points.
- Sales Support: Prepare presentations, sales proposals, and quotes to support your sales engagements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients and prospects.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute a business plan that not only meets but exceeds established sales targets.
