Administrative Executive
Job Description
· Administrative support to Brands/Ecommerce/Retail team by ensuring effective & efficient delivery of services
· Work Closely with Merchandisers/Retail personnel on stocks/products related issues
· Coordinate with Merchandisers on shipment of products in documentations
· Support & manage external/internal logistics matters
· Ensure timely completion of order fulfillments
. Cordinate with Finance team on all payment related issues
· Constant review & recommend improvement of fulfillment
· Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports to relevant departments
· Ability to work in a face-paced environment
. Supporting of Retail store
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in a related field
- Good with data analysis and creative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
