This role utilizes analytical skills on end-to-end data globally for Reverse Logistics planning, forecasting, that impacts tactical planning, goal setting and execution of projects.
What you will do
- Analyze Service Supply Chain data, use statistical methods to derive insights, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and understand underlying issues and opportunities
- Use historical data to make predictions about future Service Supply Chain outcomes, such as expected return volumes and potential bottleneck
- Plan and forecast reverse logistics for hearing aids and accessories, including order frequency, safety stocks, cycle stocks, reorder point, SWAP, fresh build, and component level
- Establish methodology to capture ROP and safety stock for new product introduction (NPI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset re-utilization and service level
- Collaborate with BI team to build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key Service Supply Chain metrics and performance indicators.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science and Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or compliance
- Experience with after-sales service is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including Macros and Power Query) and PowerBI, familiarity with ERP systems being a plus.
