Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Risk Reporting:
- Develop and maintain detailed risk reports to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the bank.
- Analyze risk data and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
2. Project Management:
- Lead and manage operational projects within the bank, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive project objectives and address any issues or challenges that arise.
3. Business Continuity:
- Assist in developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure the bank’s operations remain resilient in the face of disruptions.
- Monitor and review continuity strategies, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective in managing potential risks.
4. Outsourcing Management:
- Oversee the management of relationships with outsourced service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and operational standards.
- Evaluate and monitor outsourcing arrangements to ensure they meet the bank’s operational and regulatory requirements.
5. Operations Policy Review:
- Review and update operational policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders to implement and communicate policy changes effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within the banking industry, including risk reporting and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management and risk management tools.
