Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and initiation of projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage project workloads.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality output.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the metal fabrication or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
