Site Payroll & Admin Executive (Construction)

This role comprise of both HR and Admin duties at the construction site as per broadly categorised:


Site HR Responsibilities

  • General HR operation tasks such as employee confirmation and other HR processes
  • Payroll preparation (eg. work hours/OT calculation using excel) and processing, verifying attendance, overtime payments, resignations, leave system approval and related tasks.
  • Coordination and preparation for all site staff and worker training
  • Support recruitment via reviewing and shortlisting of resumes, interview arrangements etc.
  • Other duties as required.

Site Admin Responsibilities

  • Onboarding administration such as setting up email accounts and work desk arrangement
  • PIC for all site TOLQ and worker matters (occupancy nominal roll, workman injury claims etc.)
  • Purchase of stationery, office, and pantry supplies
  • Purchase/leasing, maintenance and inventory of office fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc
  • Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in construction industry for site HR work
  • Proficiency with staff and workers’ payroll required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Working fluency in Korean language would be an advantage but not compulsory

Employment type: Full time / Project contract

Work location: Central

Working hours: 5.5 days work week; 8am-6pm, 8am-12pm
