Main Job Duties:
- Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized.
- Planning of implementation of the strategic goals set for the business growth.
- Strong ownership of the assigned accounts, with commitment to deliver commercial targets with joint effort.
- Management of the commercial policy, trade terms and customer plans.
- Development and analysis of customer plans, customer-specific goals and strategy, review of the performance and defining of future business opportunities to increase sales
- Sales forecast management and continuous monitoring of sales targets achievements.
- Management of trade spending and keeping it within the guidelines and handling trade spending analysis to ensure the best return on investment.
- Delivering clear and timely communication exchange with cross-functional teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in the effective manner
Main Skills Required:
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG
- Sales driven, results-oriented and customer service minded
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to differentiate and prioritize business opportunities and issues
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Good business acumen, contract negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Possess an own vehicle with Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
