ERP Consultant
JOB SUMMARY
Perform activities associated with Information Technology’s ERP system; business process architecture/design, and technology adoption of the ERP system. Participate and lead the implementation of Finance modules across all the projects by providing necessary business process consulting, training, SOPs, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure success in using the ERP software as a tool to improve overall business performance.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
include the following:
- Participate in our customer’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas. Knowledge of Subject Matter Expert in Accounting and financial Consolidation is an added advantage
- Conduct Business Process Analysis, UAT, Training and Implementation.
- Work with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
- Understanding customer's operations and propose change management.
- Liaise with end users and address all user concerns that arise during implementation.
- Ensure that projects are implemented on time which is measured by system go-live.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, IT or related fields of study
- +4 years relevant experience including hands on experience as ERP user/implementor in Accounting
- CPA a plus
- Candidates with experience as an accounts professional and wanting to make a career switch are welcome
OTHER REQURIEMENTS
- Able to adapt and be effective in a fast-paced environment
- 4 - 5 years working experience as an accountant, or ERP consultant, or related role.
- Experience in SAP Business One, Microsoft Navision, Sage Accpac will be an added advantage.
- Business knowledge or previous experience in F&B and Trading sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management skills especially in managing timeline, scope, deliverables and change request.
- Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
