Point-of-Sales Consultant
As our passionate service staff, you are part of the team tasked in delivering exceptional
service and operational standards to enhance clients’ experience.
With that in mind, the successful candidate is required to
- Deliver courteous service to potential and existing clients at all times
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Work with the team to see to project closure and undertake any additional tasks assigned
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstration to customers during pre-sales stage
- Follow company’s methodology in Business Process Analysis and gather users’ requirements and document them
- Project manage with time-schedule tool and keeping all stakeholders updated
- Data configuration and set-up at POS backend
- Provide training effectively to users and document it
- Implement POS solution and provides post-implementation support
- Taking ownership of accounts assigned
Added Advantage
- Experience in POS implementation as a project especially in F&B & Retail sectors
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Experience in handling end users and outlet staff
- Understand F&B end-to-end operation processes

- Creative team player with good communication and prioritization skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, and deliver quality result
- Diploma / Degree / Master in Accountancy and / or Computing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP software consultancy
- Effective in spoken language in English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
- Good written communication skills
