Job description:
- Drive Sales and Maximize Profitability: Implement brand sales initiatives, create action plans to achieve sales targets, and analyze sales data to optimize revenue while managing expenses effectively.
- Achieve High Service Standards: Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide continuous coaching on service and selling skills, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain Best Retail Standards: Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and staff supervision, ensuring stocks and fixtures are well-maintained at all times.
- Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with the Head of Sales to enhance retail performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure Inventory Integrity: Manage inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and address any discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize losses.
- Action Plan Development : Support Store Managers in creating and implementing action plans to meet performance targets.
- Floor Management : Implement best practices in floor management, maintaining a strong store presence to support and guide store managers.
- Reporting and Forecasting : Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts, including market and competitor analysis.
- Provide Team Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct staff training and development, facilitate regular meetings, and oversee performance evaluations to maintain a positive and professional work environment in line with company standards.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
