About The Role
Kerry Consulting is working with 2 leading companies within the financial services space. They are renowned players in the digital banking sector and are currently seeking for highly skilled regulatory compliance professionals to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as a crucial advisor to various business units within the company, offering guidance on Singapore regulations and ensuring ongoing compliance for all product and system launches. Duties include managing compliance risks, participating in system configuration discussions and UAT, highlighting new regulations and regulatory expectations to various corporate functions. You will also conduct assessments on regulatory escalations, identify compliance gaps in workflow and recommendations for remediation measures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should come with a Bachelor’s Degree and prior 5-7 years working experience in regulatory compliance or KYC from financial institutions. In dept knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry best practices would be ideal. Someone who is organised, efficient and have high attention to detail and accuracy is preferred as well.
