Job Description
- Processing and granting the necessary approval for various applications, forms and notices;
- Handling of vehicle coupons, including checking, writing, enveloping and issuing tasks;
- Providing administrative and operations support, such as reports generation, records matching, data entry, scanning and printing of documents and etc., for the Road Tax team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- A lvl Cert / Diploma Holder
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications;
- Meticulous in paperwork processing;
- Pleasant personality and customer focused; and
- Committed and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, resourceful and a team player.
