Responsibilities
- Lead project engineers in project management activities to ensure successful project establishment and timely project completion
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
- Monitor and control project expenditure and progress and submit reports regularly
- Understand project contractual requirements and meet specifications in terms of supply & service scope deliverable and commercial objectives, with the goal to maximize profitability as well as customer satisfaction
- Provide hands-on systems architecture design, programming, and site commissioning when necessary
- Enforce operational work process flows in the implementation of all projects
- Assist Sales in business development activities where required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of process control automation with the last 2 years in a managerial position
- Well-trained in people management & is able to lead & inspire teams to accomplish objectives & targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Result-oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative and drive
- Good technical knowledge of Process Controls Solutions and PLC programming
- Familiar with PMI, ISO, OHSAS standards
- Added advantage: Prior working experience in a Lead, Senior Engineer, or Project Management role in any one of these: Offshore project execution, DCS project execution, Industrial/chemical process control systems, Service & Maintenance customer and contract management in Water/Energy/O&G Industries.
