About the Administrative Assistant Role:
Responsible for all administrative tasks to support the business owner
· Setting up of meetings over email, telephone, WhatsApp & calendar invites
· Collection of customer information
· Upload customer information into IBF/TPG online system
· Update sales & other databases through internet and social media search
· Calling of clients to seek feedback/availability
· Product demonstration
· Distribute sales kit, take attendance, photo taking at training venue
· Set up training venue
