Assistant Retail Operation Manager, SEAO

Purpose of this position:


This position is required to support Versace SEAO Stores’ operations and report directly to Retail Director SEAO


Key responsibilities and duties:

Store operations

  • Supervise and ensure the stores’ operations are in accordance with Company SOP, human resources policies and procedures etc.
  • Maintain and develop CRM system and customers
  • Responsible for staff grooming and related issue
  • Responsible for stores’ roster standard and related issue
  • Monitor the orders of stores’ non-merchandises materials e.g. uniform, supplies etc.
  • Monitor the process of new stores’ opening and existing stores’ renovation, including but not limited to store’s equipment order/delivery, logistic flow of non-merchandises materials, etc.
  • Monitor products’ repair procedure and ensure the quality
  • Monitor stores’ deposit & credit note
  • Provide stores and staffs’ KPI analysis to Retail Director and Store Managers to improve stores’ productivity/per headcount and per square meter
  • Monitor budget and expenses of the retail department
  • Support retail team request on ad hoc operation issues


Inventory & stock management

  • Responsible for the procedure of inventory management e.g. stock transfer procedure / transfer cost / stock-taking
  • Check and monitor merchandise delivery status on company system
  • Monitor and control the defective and lost merchandise
  • Support logistic and internal control team on product labeling issue


Operation Training

  • Providing support in training arrangement
  • Support training team, responsible for operation training in new staff orientation


Internal communication

  • Responsible for conveying the global operation standards and guidelines to local market & monitor stores’ execution
  • Support global operation team to organize new system training in local market


Skills, Experience & Qualifications


  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years’ experience in retail management level
  • Strong numerical sense
  • Background in both retail and business management is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
