Job Description
- Provides high-level personal, executive and administrative support to 2 directors
- Provide support to the director on his external engagements
- Planning and organising meetings
- Preparation of presentations and comparison of quotes
- Managing and reviewing filing systems
- Manage and maintain the directors calendar of meetings and events, expense reports and claims submission
- Plan, prioritise and schedule meetings
- Prepare and compile meeting materials (presentations & minutes)
- Reading, researching, collecting and analysing information from quotes or as needed ahead of time for the director
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Able to multi task
- Proactive
- Highly organised individual with good judgement of balancing priorities
- Experience in the financial advisory industry would be preferred
