About aLife:
aLife is a small charitable organisation assisting women in pregnancy crisis and families in need. We are hiring a candidate who is passionate and committed about supporting women with unplanned pregnancies and from low-income families.
Case Management:
● Interview and assess potential and existing clients:
- to formulate personalised service and care plans,
- to prepare case reports,
- to provide information & referral to external relevant agencies for appropriate services.
● Provide and coordinate support services for aLife’s clients.
● Monitor, follow up and review care/case plans and provide recommendations to modify care/case plans where necessary.
● Liaise with clients, clients’ families, volunteers and external agencies.
● Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes, events and activities.
● Upkeep clients’ documents, case/counselling notes and individual case files.
● Provide support as needed to General Manager in the operations and management of the Centre and entire portfolio of programs and services.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Share our vision that Every Child is Precious from the moment of Conception
- Positive, highly-motivated, self-starter & passionate about helping people
- Able to work on Saturdays, as and when required.
- Min. diploma (or equivalent)
- Able to speak Malay is an asset
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
