Roles & Responsibilities
Due to business needs, we are now recruiting a Relationship Manager to be part of the team for expansion.
Key responsibilities:
Customers Accounts Management:
- Managing the existing and growing portfolio of clients with the support of team members;
- Following up all the cases and inquiries generated by the Head and Manager of Desk;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for existing and new customers, on all account management matters;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer and stakeholders;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop new business with existing and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement;
- Maintain and set up new partnerships with professionals, via, but not only, events attendance and/or organization
Desk Administrative Management
- Daily administrative activities will include: drafting of mandate agreements, coordination with the accounting department and review of financial statements, coordination with the corporate secretarial department and review of corporate documents, market researches and other general research work on a variety of matters, drafting of excel registries and invoices;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., Quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Desired Qualification
- Diploma/degree in business management/administration/accounting, with at least 4 years of experience in related field.
- Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
- Fluent in English, additional Language skills (French, Mandarin and/or another language) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional behaviour.
Salary: Depending on the level of experience.
