Job Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support on establishing the compliance system and important business activities, including gaming, data privacy, corporate and etc.;
- Analyzing legal issues under the regulations and policies of Singapore, Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries, ensuring legitimacy and compliance, reducing regulatory and political risk efficiently;
- Working strategically with the business on contract review and negotiation relating to all gaming projects and other issues；
- Maintaining a good and continuous relation with the authorities in Singapore, Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries;
- Delivering legal and integrity training.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law from higher education institution;
- Admission to the Singapore Bar;
- At least 5 years & above Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with reputable legal firms and TMT / Gaming companies;
- Deep understanding on the culture, religion and legal system of Indonesia;
- High efficiency and self-drive capability；
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to liaise with mandarin counterparts.
- Proficiency in Indonesian is a plus, particularly for handling legal matters in Indonesia.
