Job Responsibilities
• Perform front desk duties and operational activities
• Registering patients and dispensing medications
• Assist doctors in procedures
• Establish inventory standards for medications and supplies
• Submission of claims and other medical documents
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Min GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in any field
• Experiences in using Microsoft Office and Healthcare IT system preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Effective team player
• Able to commit weekdays & Sat/Sun.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
Clinic Operating Hours
Mon to Thurs : 8am to 12 noon, 1.30pm to 3.30pm, 6.45pm to 9pm
Fri : 8am to 12 noon, 1.30pm to 3.30pm
sat, Sun and Public holidays : 8.30am to 12 noon
