Job Description
· To filter work orders and other documents to the respective colleagues
· Data Entry of Crane operators' daily record. (Work order details, match with customer's Purchasing Order, supplier's Delivery Order & invoices)
· To coordinate with Operations and drivers to handle some miscellaneous issues
· To prepare invoices for Cranes’ billing and mailing
· Update register on customers statements mailing dates
· Resolves customers queries on statements in a timely and professional manner
· To ensure customers invoices are received on a timely basis
· Data entry of gross profit based on suppliers’ invoices into SAP system
· Assist with month-end closing
· Meet daily and monthly deadlines
· Gather and collate records as requested to compile information
· Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
· Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team
· Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
· Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
· Preferably with working experience using SAP
