A) Art Integrated Curriculum & Implementation:-
1) Leads in the research, conceptualization and organization of art integrated Curriculum and its learning environment, specific to the brand programmes of Mulberry Learning, Little GreenHouse, Inspira Kids and Nascans.
2) Develops and generates creative content for setting up of the art integrated learning environments particular to the brand for existing and new centres.
3) Plans and oversees the setting up of art integrated learning environments particular to the specific brand programmes.
4) Plans the training calendar, organizes and conducts training for the implementation of art integrated curriculum, specific to the brand programmes.
5) Mentors the teachers in effective curriculum translation into engaging teaching and learning practices in centres.
6) Leads in research inquiries involving best practices in teaching and learning, which include reviewing and assessing children learning outcome.
7) Reviews and assesses the actualization of curriculum and effectiveness of training programmes, and curate feedback mechanism on the learning progress.
B) Professional Development:-
1) Designs, organizes and conducts Professional Development workshops for teachers.
2) Plans and organises parents workshops / parents-child activities for curriculum alignment and enrolment promotion
C) Overseas Training Support:-
1) Assists in conducting online training or in person training to overseas centres
2) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Heads
