We are a MULTI DISCIPLINARY clinic seeking a independent and meticulous individual to join our team. She must possess excellent communication skills and a good customer-service.
*Singaporean and Permanent Residence ONLY
Clinic location is Parkway East and Orchard. Must be flexible to travel to both locations on some occasions.
Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls, emails and WhatsApp professionally.
- Registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
- Process insurance claims and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
- Dispensing of medications
Requirements
- Experience in claims submission and plato system usage is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team effectively
- Min O-Level, N level or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
Working Hours 5.5 day work week.
Monday to Friday 830am - 530pm and Saturday 830am - 1pm.
