Purpose of job:
To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all our Filos offices according to NEA guidelines and regulations for environment sanitation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide daily cleaning and disinfection of all areas in Filos office premises including:
- Perform cleaning of office rooms, meeting rooms, multi-purpose rooms, counselling rooms, pantries and toilets.
- Wiping high touch areas such as light switches, handles, taps, doorknobs, remote controls, armrests, table tops and stair railings.
- Refill toilet paper rolls and hand wash soaps.
- Clear trash in rubbish bins.
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum office carpet.
- Wash all cups and cutlery in the pantries. Organise pantry items and keep the area neat.
- Wipe down doors, windows, tables, chairs, cupboards, roller shutters, signboards, and displays in the offices.
- Sweep the floors outside the office to maintain a clean entrance.
- Adhere to safety measures during operations.
- Update job record entries.
2. Handle and use cleaning tools and equipment with care:
- Prepare appropriate tools and equipment for cleaning.
- Ensure the tools and equipment are adequate and in working condition.
- Replenish, reinstate, and maintain tools and equipment.
3. Check and monitor lighting, aircon, water dispenser, furniture and fixture in offices and report to Supervisor if there is further maintenance needed.
4. Take inventory of the cleaning supplies, toiletries and update Supervisor for replenishment.
5. Respond immediately to incidents and emergencies.
6. Report abnormalities to appropriate person.
7. Assist in packing of items and goodie bags for ad-hoc event if required.
8. Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements
- Minimum Secondary education.
- Willing to help, fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit due to the nature of work.
- Preferred with at least 1 year of office cleaning experience.
