Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise in the production process.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Manage and execute adhoc tasks and projects to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including frequent travel to Indonesia and other countries.
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Indonesian associations.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to actively participate in and manage operational tasks.
