- Handle all project/maintenance related sale inquiries from initial quote status through to order placement, and off to the client. To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries,follow up closely after quote submitted.
- Implementing the sales strategy as set by the management.
- Handle all project/maintenance renewal related matters.
- Work closely with relevant team to ensure smooth work schedule arrangement and effective completion of the jobs administration.
- Coordinate and follow up with factory, local vendors and superintendent on the delivery of project material to ensure all required material is ready prior to project start date.
- Review the work progress on daily basis, manage sales costing and submit project costing report.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Ensure timely invoicing and ensure projects are invoiced and paid.
- Ensure quality installation standards and the use of proper installation techniques.
· Troubleshoot equipment faults and carries out preventive and/or corrective action.
· Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
