Our Client:
Our client is an established Manufacturing company, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a energetic individual who has full set accounting experience and management experience of entire back office to join their Singapore team urgently.
The Responsibilities:
<Finance & Accounting>
- Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements
- Optimise management of cash flows, process employee claims, and perform monthly vendor payment
- Perform billing to customers
- Collect debts by sending Statements of Account and reminder letters to clients. Generate weekly AR Aging report for sales teams.
- Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to quarterly forecasting activities
- Liaise with tax agent for the filing of annual tax returns and addressing any tax-related issues
- Prepare quarterly reports for GST reporting
- Liaise with auditors regarding audit-related concerns. Ensure that statutory accounts are meticulously prepared in alignment with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
- Involve in Transfer Pricing Matters
- Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
<HR & Administrative>
- Oversee Full spectrum of HR operations / KPI Management
- Oversee all administrative tasks in the office including receptionist duties to address all general inquiries
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
- 3 years of management experience including HR & Admin
- Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good team player, meticulous, and independent
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Chinese Native Stakeholders and Customers
