We are assisting our client to look for a seasoned Scrum Master to join their Transformation Team. This individual will oversee specific projects within a team and work closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into business solutions. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Scrum Master will collaborate with product owners to define the product roadmap and act as the functional and subject matter expert for the solution. They will also serve as the bridge between product, technology, business, and governance teams. Key duties include timely project progress reporting to stakeholders to ensure successful implementations that enhance business efficiency and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
· Supervising and evaluating the project delivery process.
· Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies to achieve consistent and effective outcomes.
· Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles, processes, and behaviors as necessary.
· Supporting Feature Team members in collaboration and foreseeing potential obstacles.
· Managing dependencies and risks by identifying and addressing cross-team dependencies and risks, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring timely removal of impediments.
· Leading brainstorming sessions to overcome obstacles.
· Identifying continuous improvement opportunities for the Feature Team.
· Assisting the Feature Team in measuring and consistently tracking progress.
· Preparing and assisting with communication to all management levels on behalf of the Feature Team, including creating presentations and documents for project progress reports and relevant meetings (e.g., monthly steering committee, superusers).
· Utilizing matrix reporting for tracking and reporting project progress.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in project management (running Scrum Agile) within software delivery, preferably in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology sectors.
· Certifications in Agile (e.g., SCM, SAFE) are required; a certification in Change Management (PROSCI) is an advantage.
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
· Capability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams to deliver effective, timely solutions that meet strategic and operational needs.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
· Strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving transformational goals and outcomes.
· Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues promptly and independently.
· Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, with the ability to influence and coach teams and stakeholders to adopt an Agile mindset and values.
· Proficiency in spoken and written English.
