EXECUTIVE ENGINEER
Responsibilities
· Manages all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out.
· Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
· Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality
· Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
· Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.
· Drive safety and sustainability.
Requirements
· Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
· Minimum 5 years' of relevant project site experience.
· Experience in LTA project is preferred.
· Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
· Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving.
· Be prepared to work on-site on a rotating shift schedule.
· Candidate can start work in short notice is preferred.
