- Liaise closely with both Project Team and Operations on the implementation of business expansion plans.
- Oversee and negotiate lease renewals with landlords.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover potential new business opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Real Estate or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Business Development experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
